City Tour↑

Before the icebreaker we are offering a city tour where you will learn about Trondheim, its history and development.
  • Sunday, August 06
  • Starting point and time: Restaurant Olivia Solsiden (Beddingen 16, 7014 Trondheim), 5PM
  • Ending Point: at the cathedral for the organ concert

Organ Concert and Ice Breaker Party↑

On Sunday, August 06, a welcome reception will be starting at 8:00 PM. Many of you have traveled for many hours to attend the conference, so please see the reception as an opportunity to meet fellow attendees and relax after arriving. The icebreaker will take place in Cafe Two Towers, close to the Nidarosdomen Cathedral and the city center. As part of the icebreaker there will be an organ concert in the cathedral.
  • Organ concert: Nidaros Cathedral (Kongsgårdsgata 2, 7013 Trondheim), 7.30 PM
  • Ice breaker: Kafe to Tårn (Bispegata 5, 7013 Trondheim), 8.00 PM

We are delighted to announce a special post-conference social program, thoughtfully crafted to offer an enjoyable experience for all attendees!   • Monday, August 07 - Bowling Bonanza
    Lace up your bowling shoes and come with us to Centrum Bowling. We will meet at 7 PM in front of the establishment (Tinghusplassen 1, 7013 Trondheim; https://goo.gl/maps/ZZ6EhwTS4F7GAo5c8).
    Costs: 190 NOK + any own consumption, includes 1 drink and 2 games
  • Tuesday, August 09 - Mini Golf Madness:
    Showcase your golfing skills at Trondheim’s indoor mini golf course at Trondheim Camping. We will meet at 7 PM in front of the establishment (Olav Tryggvasons gt. 5, 7011 Trondheim;https://goo.gl/maps/Gju7x8HuTahAPhoQ9).
    Costs: 130 NOK + any own consumption (price includes use of the indoor golf course)
  • Thursday, August 10 - Beer-Tasting Extravaganza:
    Join us for a refreshing beer-tasting event at E.C. Dahls Brewery!
    This will be a guided tour with history from the brewery. We will meet at 6 PM in front of the establishment (Strandveien 71, 7067 Trondheim; https://goo.gl/maps/MUj6pwpSiYQA1yF37). Cost: 495 NOK + any own consumption (price includes 5 beers).

Conference Dinner↑

Wednesday, August 09, 7:30 pm
The conference dinner will be hosted at Scandic Nidelven (Havnegata 1-3, 7010 Trondheim) beautifully located on the banks of the Nidelven river; close to the city center and Solsiden with its vibrant nightlife.
